Jessy Ellis

Jessy grew up in Raleigh and has deep roots in the community, with a background in real estate and entrepreneurship. A University of Richmond graduate, she and her husband Jared are raising their daughter Jo Jo. Jessy is excited to open a space where no parent ever feels alone in the journey of raising little ones.

Policies

We understand that plans can change, and we’re happy to accommodate when possible with an account credit. Please review our refund guidelines below:


For classes:

  • If you can no longer attend, please let us know at least 4 hours before class starts to avoid a $10 late cancel or no show fee. We understand last minute issues or sickness come up, just text us at 919.623.8076 for the quickest response time and we will waive the fee.


For pop ups and special events:

  • Refunds Requested More Than 7 Days in Advance:
    If you request a cancellation more than 7 days before your scheduled pop up or seasonal event, you will receive a full refund in the form of account credit. This credit can be used toward any future booking and does not expire.
  • Refunds Requested Within 7 Days:
    Cancellations made within 7 days of your scheduled booking are non-refundable. We are unable to offer credits, transfers, or make-up sessions during this time window.
  • No-Shows:
    Unfortunately, no-shows are not eligible for any form of refund or credit.
